If/when Agar gets sacked (which tbh should of been done ages ago now) what will happen to Jon sharp? What reason do people think FC would give to sack him (appart from being bab as well) or would he stay and take over agars old role and assist a new coach? Maybe agar should go back to being an assistant because its obvious now he isnt head coach material.

Interesting one, I don't think they would have to give a specific reason for getting rid of Sharp, hopefully when Agar goes it will signal a clear-out of all the coaching staff (Sharp, Last, the Crookes', the conditioner and the physio) and therefore all the dismissals will just be in the name of a 'fresh start'.



As for Agar's future career, he can do what he likes for all I care. I'd pity the fans of any club foolish enough to employ him.

Sharp would take over be given a new 3 year deal, have an injury hit season and then another one to get rid of the players he dont want to mould his own team.

Considering the injury problems we've had, maybe we can get the physio and conditioner out on grounds of gross incompetance

he doesn't seem to have added anything to the set up, and if he is indeed the defensive coach than he has big questions to answer, as Peter Sharp at least had a decent defense despite a poor attack.

This really bugs me , I thougt the oppointment of Sharp would add something to our defencive game . He hasn't contributed anything.
