Without going over old ground, i want to see a steady improvement. I expect to see pride, enthusiasm and effort. I do not want to see a coach accepting that we got blitzed and then saying we're heading in the right direction.

He's said we'll bounce back numerous times, he's threatened all sorts, we've done this and that, we've trained well. Nobody cares, the results are saying Wakefield are a walkover and there are no signs this will change. I'm sorry but sometimes you have to make hard decisions, and it's time to move over and let someone else have a shot

I'l happily pack his desk up for him...the guy is a complete traditionalist. The game of rugby league has moved on since the season he was the clubs 'saviour'. There should be no favours for what he previously achieved....thats the past.

Kears aftermatch comments are amazing. For someone who is supposedly knowledgable about the game, how can he claim any positives out of another drubbing.

The way he is going nobody will remember the job he has done over the previous seasons and all he will be remembered for is clinging on to his job (after trying to leave twice), and as a result potentially scuppering our chances of a renewed franchise (with crowds falling away and woeful performances on the pitch)
