This fund has been set up in the shadow of the departure of Adam and it's aims are quite simple - to raise money to assist in the lives of Adams surviving family.

Suggestions on southstander that we try and do something at the Boxing day game , assuming its going ahead as normal. I have e-mailed Headingley with suggestions perhaps someone from the Wildcars could do something similar to Belle Vue.

Any updates on any events that have been organised for the fund?



There should be a calander with some of the players in it which will come out in December which the profits will go to the Adam Watene fund.

We have a meeting next week after which we hope to have some firm dates to announce and I am sure the Wildcats players will be helping us along the way , Team committments permitting.

The Paul Wellens Testimonial Committee have agreed that at the Forthcoming Testimonial Game between Saints and the Wakefield Wildcats held on the 18th January, a bucket collecion will be held for Adam Watene before the game.



I am also pleased to confirm that the Wildcat Dolls Cheerleaders will doing the Collection.
