I can hear the lorry reversing again... BEEP BEEEP BEEEEEEEP!!
You continue to raise the bar!! You don't dip your toe in do you? It's all in, head first, thats the Gronk! way. Good for you. You continue to turn a blind eye to your all conquering hero. Keep it that way. Because when the day comes that his castle does fall, and it will, you might learn to think before you start your nonsensical bleating on here. Premature evaulation. You might be able to get pills for that...

| I think the point Gronk is missing is that RW is of course a member of the public but equally he doesn't live near by so his only personal interest is via Castleford Tigers.
AND whether he is objecting or just putting 'facts' forward he is KNOWINGLY causing a problem for Wakefield.
So the point still stands. He chose to write, knowing the effect.....he is supporting his own agenda not rugby league, not Wakefield, not his home, not the wildlife, not the LCC plans, which all the other people involved are argueing over.
Rightly or wrongly, they are argueing because it affects them. RW taking advantage and pushing his way in to get a bonus for himself from other peoples issues.
Pretty low no matter which side you are on.

| The letter is on Cas Headed paper and is found in the appendix of Barton Wilmore's submissions. We hadn't been able to locate it on the portal - hence not saying anything publicly, but now it's been referred to in a public hearing, we feel obliged to comment.
Despite all the potential ideas for swimming pools etc, the ownership of any GH development was intended to be under CTRLFC and therefore does not conform to the rules which prohibit local authorities giving money to private companies.
I have nothing against Cas and would hope that we are knocking each other off for the rest of my life in each others stadiums in SL, but as for RW.....

Oh depending on how the letter reads to the shareholders etc he could end up out of a job.
When the club release the statement they told YR will be coming later, we'll get a better gist of what's actually gone on i.e. whether Cas as a club knew about it or not.

There’ll be more than him brimming with pride that old Dicky is trying to put a spanner in the works.
Surely as Cas CEO (member of the public or not) hasn’t he heard of a conflict of interest?
He should have just ignored the invitation & let those that matter get on with it, not replying to it on official CTRLFC headed paper .

I'm surprised he hasn't got a statement prepared ready for this, he must of known it wasn't going to lie dormant
or do we have to wait while the RFL make a statement first

| Wonder what the RFL will make of it too! SL & Franchising, working towards modern new facilities for clubs to excel and showcase our sport and a current SL chairman trying to derail what all clubs are suppose to be working towards!
Tricky Dicky has scored an own goal, can't see the RFL looking on him & Castleford too favourably. The clock is ticking for Tricky

| Assuming that the planning is awarded, is the funding and everything else that's needed in place to start building work soon or are there any more hurdles?
Good luck!

Why?I would have thought he hasn't told them anything they didn't already know and what he says isn't going to be the difference between it being built and not.

Full planning is needed first but yes once that is granted, if the current PI approves the outline scheme, then the funding is in place for building work to start.

| Castleford's head coach's hatred for Wakefield is obviously mirrored by the numpty chairman.
