Not a bad side at all I'd say and like all the teams of the early 90's, massive underachievers.

Darren Fritz.....now he WAS a player!

However not as good as Mary Millington though!

With some of the tackles Wally got taken out with and still came back for more, you couldnt argue with his commitment to the cause, could you!

I liked the story about him going in to a tackle and grabbing the big props balls to get him to hit him so that we could get a penalty to win the game. Maskill was meant to go in and help him out if it kicked off and he didn't realise he was serious so Lewis ended up taking a few extra for the cause.

If you are going to get hit you might as well use it to your advantage.



Tough guy as well as the best in the world at the time.

I sat up and took notice of how tough he was when he sat Keith Tindall on his jacksie during his debut.

Tindall had lined him up and was looking to hit him late and high but Lewis saw it coming, put someone through a gap and got his retaliation in first.

Can't believe Chris Perry hasn't got a mention!!

Good call. The Perry Mason partnership was great.

Was it as good as the Fisher Price one?
