| I hope they don't talk about Wayne's dive on MOTD, they must be consistent with their ignorance to English divers

Unfortunately the one without a defense.
Seems incredible that we're still in contention for 4th when the defending is so poor, both individually and collectively. No doubt we'll be in the market for defenders in January, but I'm not sure that there will be any available that are of the type we need. Its not surprising that we chased Terry so hard in the summer. And even if we do bring in new players its unlikely that the collective defending will improve in time.
At least we kept going despite being in arrears 3 times and going down to 10 men. Only one defeat so far isnt entirely a fluke.

Did Bradford City get a fee when you transferred your support to Man Citeh?

| Quote Nemanja="Nemanja"We could've played for four weeks and we still wouldn't have scored.
I can't believe Fergie started with a 4-5-1 formation.
Fletcher was caught out far too many times by their wingers, the sooner O'Shea and Rafael are fit the better. Rooney was awful, so wasteful, his passing at times was woeful. Berbatov missed a brilliant chance to score an equaliser.
We need a player who can work the perfect final ball to get through defences badly. Still, it's a good job Chelsea dropped points so a loss although dissappointing, isn't the end of the world.'"
You had one but unfortunately Sir Alex swapped him for 80 mill

If anything I "transferred" my support from Bradford Park Avenue. Watched both teams in the 60's (had relatives in Manchester that I would often stay with). Followed BPA in both Division 4 and Northern Premier League but eventually their demise became too painful to continue, especially when they moved to Valley Parade.

What were united supposed to do? He wanted to play for the worlds greatest club. No point keeping an unhappy player.

And Hughes is turning into another Fergie with slagging off of refs.

Chinese consortium said to be interested in making a bid for United. Don't see why this would be leaked to the press before the bid was made to the Glazers.'"
We've been linked with an Eastern takeover for years now, I won't believe it until something materialises.
It's a pretty poor headline "£1billion Chinese Takeaway at Manchester United" "The story that will wok football". The NOTW think they're onto something after last week leaking the near £100million United fork out in expenses to companies and clowns and now this. The NOTW and their journos are now banned from Carrington (or at least they were this week) by Gill, who is obviously keen to hide these details.

TBF he does have a point. Having an independant time keeper works in rugby, and it'd certainly work in football, it'd improve the whole added time decision making.
Great work by MOTD to block out Fergie's rant at the fourth official BTW.

Indeed, and the clock counting down greatly adds to the drama.

It's the referee who blows the whistle. It's the referee who is close at hand to see whether teams are wasting time. It's the referee who can give warnings to sides if he thinks they are pushing things.
But no, someone sat down in the stands is better off to make a decision on the correct amount of time to add??? Do me a favour. You had at least 75 minutes in playing time to get yourself an equaliser. You failed, so Fergie detracts from that failure by whining about added time.
