Yes, I agree - I think, unless there is a major thaw, no chance. Side roads are very dangerous and I bet the local A and E have been on overtime.

Sensible footwear - simple answer but not what all will wear - so WSAC will have the last say for those who can't dress in keeping with the conditions

I would quite happily get down there with a shuvle and remove the ice tomorrow
