I try and avoid post-match (or even pre-match) comments from coaches these days. You can pretty much choose any coach, any scenario, any club and predict the soundbites that are going to be trotted out.
Anyone prepping for the Widnes game today could have told you Hock would be the likely match-winner, or given the right "attention" the potential flaw in their gameplan. Alas, we're left to reflect on it in the cold harsh light of a defeat.
Apathy is probably too strong a word for the post-match comments from people connected with the club, but that's what it is and a champion team, and I consider Wires to be that, should hurt and hurt badly after every defeat.
