.... They will be emptied, but as is being pointed out by those sensible enough not to just go off on one for the sake of it, the present conditions are dangerous, not just for the refuse collectors and their wagons, but also for the general public who may be around when bins are being moved.



If you are that desparate for a bit of rubbish to be shifted, I suggest you do it yourself.

I think the councils gritting policy is more at fault than anything else ! The lack of main road and bus route clearance is a major factor along with the disappearance of many grit bins all stop the binmen doing their job also I doubt they have the appropriate footwear for ice and snow !
