I saw all of The Stereophonics at Belfast City Airport a week or two ago. I first caught a glimpse of pint sized crooner Kelly Jones before the rest of them showed up. Is very little.

I love it when people say they've "seen" celebrities then name sportspeople.



You can see them anytime by going to a match/event that they're competing in. For that matter you can also see any musician you want to by going to one of their gigs.



In the minor Warrington celeb scheme of things I've served Kerry Katona in HMV in Golden Square about eight years ago and "ushered" Ashley from Coronation Street, Phil Babb* and Jenny Powell at UCI Westbrook about twelve years ago. I've also seen various members of Coronation Street in Manchester and Matt King walking around the Arndale Centre with a full head of hair. I put on Sky Sports News later that day and it had been shaved off.*

I've seen Mr. T in pantomime playing the genie in Aladdin at Liverpool Empire and still have the programme to prove it.



Although it wasn't a chance sighting as we went to the aforementioned pantomime knowing that he was in it, I still think seeing Mr. T is second only to being told to p!ss off by Siouxsie Sioux as far as this thread is concerned.

i've seen matt king at the trafford centre and seen joe cole in portugal three years ago.

Manged to speak to one of my all time sports heroes, Mike Richter, in a bar in New York in '99. Bought his shirt the same day, but dunped it back at the hotel before going out so couldn't get it signed.

Stood next to him at the bar in the King and Queen about 10 years ago, and yes, he actually talks like that in real life.



Also seen the bloke that plays Tyrone in Corrie in the Trafford Centre...what a midget. He needs a stepladder to paint the skirting boards at home
