Sorry, have a geek question to ask. My wife is buying a programme at every game now (as the STs were so cheap) and she is filling in the little boxes with try scorers, etc. However, none of the pens she has tried seem to work very well.

Can anyone recommend a pen that writes on the shiny paper, yet does not rub off?

I take it you've tried a fine permanent pen?

or a cd pen? they're normally fine and will write on the glossy paper.

I use these for work for writing on cables, metals and plastics. Bit expensive but I tend to lose them before they run out!

Plant label pens, must be less than a quid but write on all sorts of plastic.

I used a overhead projector pen to fill in the scores and stats on mine.
