They got stuffed.

Pryce was quality for them, a little lazy in defence though (what a surprise)

It was like watching a schoolboys match at times the way nobody seemed to want to go near Pryce when he got the ball. Daft really considering he can go missing when the going gets tough.

Noticed that they switched round wingers to accomodate for Pryce though

Was a bit surprised to see that given that the union lad was playing his first game.

Mainly due to size. Would you rather send Rudd in to tackle Paleaasina alone or Sykes/Sheriffe etc?

His positioning was off though. It cost us a try in the corner when he rushed out and got neither ball or man.

Worrincy?

Worrincy's just looked like he had a brain fart. Not sure what he was thinking.



Rudd seemed to be hunting the intercept as they had men over.

I watched the first half but left after that.



From what I saw, it was typical Karl Pryce. Too big and good for that level of rugby, as he always was in our academy. We couldn't handle him at all when he was attacking, but he was twice as big as anyone on the field. Crossley was our biggest player and Pryce was easily bigger than him.



From what I saw of Rudd, he looked to have some potential, but clearly didn't have the positional sense. He did make one particularly good chase back though to save a try. Seemed to have some decent pace for quite a big bloke.

To put things in to perspective 12 of the Wigan side train full time with the first team we had two.
