You'll need to buy a magic eye to change channels from another room...ie Bedroom.

The cable they replace your old cable with is a single cable with a double core(two in one so to speak), they should be able to tie the new cable to your existing cable and pull it through the existing hole in the board so no need to replaster.

They do, i've just had sky+ put in for free (after threatening to cancel after my other box failed and they wanted to charge £65 to fix it....i threaten to leave,they gave me free upgrade) and it is now piped to two other rooms(4 waysplitter box needed for more than 1 extra room,Box cost £15 and extra for more cable) Multi room allows you to watch 2 different channels at once, piping it through to other rooms you all have to watch the same sky program.
