did he ask? i noticed they were writing peoples names on a seperate piece of paper, i'm assuming they have all your 'old mans' postal address and telephone number on the system so they may contact him still even though he didn't give any

just payed for my pass over the phone with my bank card,and was told there was an extra £2 odd to pay for doing it that way.pay for all my shopping with my bank card,even stuff i`ve bought online,and never been charged extra.

Having been and picked up passes today i noticed we have gone back to the numbering system and in the book it states numbers will not run consecutively and will be announced matchday. This in effect negates the ability to either
A, Just take the matchday ticket without fear of losing the book
B, Stops you giving a match ticket to someone for a game you know you will miss.
