I wouldn't disagee with that and would have played him from the start. I'm simply saying its not as easy as just dropping half the team when we dont have adequate replacements for them.

agar shouldn't be washing his dirty laundry in public, he should be dealing with the issue in private. His weakness is another sign he isn't up to the job as head coach of a big SL club.



It's easier for him to blame the players week in, week out than to admit he's the problem

Agar should grow a pair and sort it out! If he can't control his players he's simply not up to the job. Decent managers irrespective of their line of work should be able to take control of their team members and deal with any problems. If they can't they simply aren't management material and should be removed from their position.

I actually think he's been far too kind to some of these players. I'm not his biggest fan but there the ones that take to the field and no matter what or how he's preparing them doesn't excuse what a shambles they are.



At the moment we're all frustrated and gutted at the rubbish we're watching week in week out but I think this season could be a blessing in disguise because it's finally shown up just how average our players are.

I think a fan should be allowed into the dressing room at half time,just to give the players a hint of what we are thinking.

Simply saying drop them to the reserves and kick them out of the club isn't the answer. Alot of our `wasters` are under contract and we will have to find another club to take them off our hands. Being named and shamed will not exactly enhance our chances of getting someone to take them.

I am sure coaches of other clubs know exactly who our no hopers are.

for a start blaming the players in public hasnt really done any harm as they must have embaressed themselves enuff over the season so far and for a second he`s got a right to blame the players if they arent performing on the field on game day.its not always the coach you know as it isnt him going out on the lash and not putting in enough effort in training and game days......as a guest presenter on sky sports said the other week.."it isnt me falling off tackles and knocking on is it".........that said isnt jon sharp the defence coach????.....

Do them for breach of contract. They're contracted to play rugby league!!

The time has come to weld the axe.1st to go would be the ooc prop who was pi$$ed up last week and fell asleep in a pub beer garden,and who I saw this dinner time whilst waiting for the team coach smoking his head off.Even if he is a local guy fook him off.
