Agreed. Agar is too close to some (and probably too far from others). We need a clearout from top to bottom and start afresh with a clean slate for everyone.

At the end of the day when was the last time a coach did more than a year and a half or 2 years??? we need consistency both in the staff and players. and the players (except a few) need a kick up the a$$ as they play with as much passion as two oap's on a dirty weekend to the bingo!!!

I think a side performance is a reflection on the coaches attitude and persona. Both our coaches are very laid back, never show any emotion and that is transgressing onto the field with this oh well we got beat again attitude. The role of o coach isnt just to get a team up to play on a match day its to build a winning environment. Make the players and staff feel they are a part of something that is a privalidge to be in. Clive Woodward was a good example he brought a winning aura to the camp that people who were not in wanted to be a part of it and bettered thereselves to get there. Something i think our current set up is incapable of doing, They are losing the pride from the shirt.

Its upto the coaching staff to fire the players up and play with passion and commitment, which we don't seem to have in abundance at the moment. I think Agar has took the team as far he can so its time to get rid.And Sharpy can go back to Featherstone with him too.

Come on, your in sixth place with an 'A' grade licence, you've never been classed as a big 4 team so 5th to 6th is a realistic aspiration for you, so where's the problem.

I chose stay. Last year everone said it will be the end of 2009 before Sharps choices will totally be gone from the club, so i'm going to wait untill 2010
