| Bad move going to cotton material for this year`s shirts.
The transfers look cheap and as people are now finding fall off!

Not always a good move me thinks

| Is it likely to be the material that's the problem though? Only AFAIK a few other Hull cotton shirts have been made the last few years (e.g. by Exito and Retro Rugby), and never seen or heard of any fading etc. Maybe it's a problem at ISC's end like we had with Kooga?
Not having a go at ISC obviously, just saying it seems strange because Hull themselves were selling an irregular hooped retro a year or two ago, so you'd have thought any difficulties with cotton would have arisen then maybe?

Or the dozen or so that are moaning on this thread dont represent the thousands of shirts that are absolutely fine?

The Exito shirts, the last few ISC shirts and this years Away shirt have had the logo's etc 'sublamated'..meaning the logos are actually 'built' into the material (apart from the embroidered FC badge)....But imo the material is/was 'kin awful......its really a horrible garment to wear when you get one of those days when you just cant stop 'overheating'......So uncomfortable when ya sweat in it....And no matter how much you use anti-persperant.......there are days such as this. OK...the cotton ones may indeed make you feel 'warmer' in the sun....but are a damn sight more comfy in all weathers!
As far as the sewn on badges are concerned....WELL DONE FC and ISC.....this is the traditional way to keep a logo in place......It reminds me of the first 'sponsor badges' in the 80's.....and the squad number back patches. Saw the shirts today....was impressed. Honestly cant see why people are whining about the sewn on sponsors.....Hey, if all else fails.....You can unpick the stitching and rid the shirt of the P&O Patches without leaving a 'gluey' outline actoss the back and belly! Love this years shirt.....and glad to own one!

| Shoul have had embroided logos and sponsers, and if necessary charged a few quid more. Would have been worth it.

The away shirts are the same sizes as last years shirts, it's only the home ones that are a size smaller then they should be.

| In the Hull KC Shop this morning and they have the home shirt in the same material as the away shirt. Only problem is the only size at the mo is 6XL.
I was told other sizes will be coming in in the next couple of weeks.
