In Radford and Last we have 2 players who are Black an White through n through.

Radford understands our feelings and he must know how much pressure he'll be under.

You can't spin this and you can't polish a radturd , average player during time with hull, crap captain was never on the pitch long enough to be a captain, spent more time going off on interchange. re joined in 2006 when the decline started. This club demands a tried abd tested head coach now sick off assistants been given the ropes, iv come out of retirement to post this abd will now sink back into it. Weve not had an inspirational leader since swain. You can't be a captain on the pitch when you spend the greatest bulk of the 80 Sat drinking Gatorade in the dug out whilst pedaling an excersise bike. Only time will tell if Pearson has made a good call on this....I suspect not

I understand the concept behind the 'Homegrown' team, and I hope that it works, as it has at Wigan!



The only worry with Radford is inexperience, but, Huddersfield finished 7th, we beat them comfortably in the playoffs last year and, although they have a First time head coach in Anderson they haven't done too bad! The potential is there!



Ill reserve judgement but I admire the way AP is trying to set up the club, and if the Dual-Reg with Donny works and our young kids get game time and good attacking coaching from Cooke it could be a good bit of business!



Let's just see how things go next year, no big predictions, let's just try and enjoy a season for a change and enjoy whatever happens!

I'd have preferred a proven coach but, I can understand why AP has chosen this route. I've always thought Radford would go on to be a good coach and Lasty deserves his promotion.

Both had significantly more as an assistant though

After initially being sceptical, I've been impressed by what AP and Radford said yesterday .

I reckon AP has made this appointment himself after watching how Radford has operated over the last couple of years.

He must now feel he was badly advised at the beginning of his ownership.

Hopefully we will watch a side next season that is full of heart and endeavour.

No idea whether this will work out, but wish them all good luck. A more Hull-centric approach, in a market where top clubs are doing similar and quality on the open market is poor, seems the obvious option.
