Insane to make it all ticket anyway. It was never going to sell out. People wasted time and money getting to the ticket office for no reason.

It was probably done a the request of the police, who will have wanted to know in advance the size of the crowd. Now they know it's not going to be a huge crowd they have probably relaxed the ticketing arrangements. Though I could be wrong!! |

that (although i was told the police did not officially get asked this so im asuming they just followed past protocol) and the SCM so they could make adequate stewarding arrangements |
