Yes the Huddersfield giants only managed 800 more fans than Wakefield for the same home fixture. If only wakefield were in the Giants position financially and positionally surely we can do better.?! I know I'm making comparisons but if only we had the product on the field akin to them we would do miles better.!!

We would do a lot better than them if we had the side they've had for the last few years. Often said if we'd had the success St Helens have had we'd get better crowds than them. Look at SL and I don't think there is a team that has not won any top level trophy over a longer period of time than us, so imagine our crowds with a competitive team in a decent stadium.

I totally agree if only we had the product to watch. I know we have the potential to be a much bigger team I just hope we can push on after this seasons survival and aspire to achieve the top elite 8 teams.

it wasnt the best crowd for a home game,our lot prefer sunday afternoon games but saying that, the crowd would only have been maybe 5500 on the sunday

Big spending Salford are getting much less.

Never mind the team on the pitch, having a stadium with modern facilities providing a better match day experience would also greatly improve the crowd figures in my opinion.

Sorry Jack but people dont go to sporting events because its a "nice stadium", they go to watch the product, and if the product on the pitch isnt very good, they stay away.

a lot of our fans though would prefer a stadium like wire. smaller and with standing area where fans can congregate together...a big stadium isnt good when empty and full of seats. ask rabbitihs fans at homebush where sometimes less than 10,000 watch a game in a stadium that holds 85.000, rl grounds need atmosphere rather than loads of seats

We'll differ then shall we , I know whats on the pitch is the main thing that brings us blokes into the ground. But women,kids and families also appreciate good facilities whilst there. There's also the away fans, many don't bother with belle vue because they see it as the shytole it is.

True that jack. I go for the game but don't really enjoy wading in if I need the bog. The sooner this upgrade starts the better

I'm sure the toilets' are clean before the fans' use them, so in your opinion how do they finish up in the state they are in after the game?.
