We can't be over the cap because its "live". All signings have to be agreed with the salary cap auditor. As to Hock the rumour is he will come back on a low wage as he wants to play just for Wigan and wants to repay the club for giving him another chance (and for letting the club and fans down in the first place).
Riddell is leaving, Coley may retire, I don't expect Bailey to be here or Feka and maybe Phepls as well.
