Maybe but i too am prepared to have agg on my face if we reach and win the grand final,
Credit to Brian Noble, he has no doubt helped to turn the club around but i just feel that to remain consistent throughout the season we need somebody who is tactically smarter than him.

No as it would not have solved the serious issue of our lack of consistency throughout the season and specifically our chronic inability to hit the ground running and start the season well.
A GF win would be great but it wouldn't erase that problem and BN has not been able to solve it in his three full seasons. |

Grand Final or not, the whole club needs something fresh. Leeds and Stains change their coaches roughly every 3 years regardless of them being successful.
From a player's perspective, like anything in life, when you're used to a predictable routine, to hearing the same speeches every year, a fresh perspective adds a spark.
A new coach would add a spring to their step and make them think about the game in different ways. Little things make big differences.

Wigan win the Grand Final or even get to Old Trafford. How can IFL possibly not renew Nobles contract? I would think its already cut and dried that Noble is going by now so how would IFL explain himself should we win it or even get there?
If Noble manages to win us the Grand Final, IFL and alot of fans could end up with some serious egg on there faces. Whoever the new coach is that comes in he is gonna be under massive pressure to deliver. Anything less than the CC semi final and the final eliminator of the play offs next year will be seen as a failure IMO.'"
