Suspended fine is the right decision.
He just need to grow up a bit now and start acting in accordance with the great traditions of the best game in the world game which has until recently always had a history of respect for others both players and fans.
Lets not go down the nancy ball road. Banter is fine and good but things are now getting out of hand lately. |

| He's been hard to when you consider nobody else has ever copped a fine (suspended or otherwise) for flicking the V or finger to the crowd, even when this has been caught on TV. I suggest an appeal.

Given the occassion I would guess the RFL decided they need to add a fine this time but its a suspended fine so providing he takes the advice on board he should be no worse off than the others and it sets a bench mark for any other transcrections of this type. |
