That fitness training they have been doing has worked miracles. Feka looks like he did when he first came over and Riddell looks like hes dropped 2 stone. Well impressed with that improvement!



Hats off to both the players and the coaches there!

f000kin hell........cant believe riddell more than feka!! Has riddell had his stomach stapled?! that’s some loss in 3 months...Riddell finally looks like an athlete rather than a darts player!!! Lets just hope he can produce some of his NRL form this season now he's reasonably fit.



Feka and Riddell this season compared to last are testament to why noble had to go imo......to allow top class professional players to carry that much excess weight around was scandalous. They’ve gone from looking like pub playing amateurs to professionals in 3 months……..top marks to Mcguire and the new coaching team

Hansen looked in fantastic shape I thought. I remember he put weight on a couple of seasons back but he just looked podgy and his mobility paid the price whereas yesterday he just looked to have put solid muscle on.



I hope he kicks on this season. He's got a starting squad number now and should be a regular starter so it's upto him now to continue to improve.

I was thinking pretty much exactly the same, for a training ground it would be OK, as a centre for first team rugby in the 21st century it is a shameful embarrasment to our sport. Pretty disgraceful really for a professional club to be operating with facilities like that. Roll on the franchises, shape up Wakey or ship out !

Looking at the photos of Piggy and Feka, you can really see they've both lost a great deal of weight. The more I look at Feka the more I think I'm looking at Moimoi.



Hopefully there weight loss will have the desired affect were looking for, more minutes and a greater impact when on.
