Proudly, London fans were happy to be the fly in the ointment of the flat earth brigades crusade to have "their" club in Super League to replace "that there London that was getting loads of extras from the RFL". We never finished bottom, nor in a relegation place and we were weaned off our imports and uncovered some pretty decent "northerners" willing to come down and do the business for us. Rob Purdham is a true club legend and any further north he's have been a sweaty!

The Club have let it slip so badly that they now feel the need to go cap in hand for exemptions.......I suggest one of the key issues over the last few years has been failure to prioritise what was important and what wasn't....you know my thoughts on the name change and ground change......there were far more important things to do in my opinion.....it comes down to having core values and then living/working to them.

As someone pointed out previously, we already have a London allowance in the salary cap.

I paid 4 quid for a pint of Peroni in London last year.....that means it would be 3.64 up north.......I'd suggest a pint at 3.64 in Hull/Castleford/Leeds/Salford/St Helens would not find itself out of its barrel!

For me it depends on what comes out over the next couple of weeks. If we end up fielding a team made up of 12 antipodeans then I won't be watching, or taking any interest in what goes on. Apart from the Brentford years I've watched Broncos for 18 years, right now I'm totally appalled by the lack of any communication coming from the club. All we can see are news stories of people moving on.

My rent, transport, utilities, petrol, cost of my car, fitness Club, cinema tickets, clothes, groceries, restaurants...even McDonnalds are all far more expensive than in Hull.

I am a northerner. I come from Harrogate, which is far from being an inexpensive place but it is not comparable to London, not remotely. Everything is more expensive and is largely a consequence of the higher price of property.



Quoting the price of property does tend to overstate the difference, but there is going to be a significant difference in all the things that you said.

I will continue to support them but probably not as a season ticket holder. Assuming of course we are playing in London / Greater London.
