I don't disagree with that but what i meen is that in playing terms we didn't get relegated, on results we finished 3rd bottom.

Think that had as much to do with Toulouse's collapse upon knowing they wouldn't be going down. Bar the odd brainfart, we deserved to go down anyway. |

Way things are going SL will consist of around 6 teams within the next few years half of them are struggling moneywise those who promised the RL
they would have a new ground in time for the next round of dodgy dealings
have no chance RL is bug-er,d in this country run by empty yeds
who live in another dimension  |

Are you suggesting they didn't give 100% because they knew they wouldn't be relegated, which could possibly help clubs in a relegation fight. Whatever next, clubs/players in SL not giving 100% due to no relegation, nah, never happen  |

"Ambitious Leigh Ceturions should retain their Championship status if struggling Gateshead are relegated.
That's the view of Whitehaven general manager Nigel Beaty, who believes Leigh would add box office appeal to the competition after signing some top talent for next term."
He also goe on to say "The best thing all round for the competition financially would be to keep Leigh up. They always bring plenty of support when they play at Whitehaven... They took 400 fans to Toulouse this year - more than any other Championship club - which is indicative of their travelling support."
