I liked the bit ' despite grounding the ball cleanly over the line Ganson still awarded the try' and for those in any doubt of the sending off Mennell wasnt stepped and off balance hence a lazy arm caught the attacker, he tried to take his head off and we were 10m away.

| Has this reporter heard of giving credit where it's due ? 
Blinkered and biased just about sums up the report , as for the ageist comments being hurled at Robbie Hunter Paul , yes we know he's nearing the end of his career but I'm sure u would have put him out to pasture at the start of the first half as an act of damage limitation PMSL .
Don't listen to em Robbie , u just keep playing games like that this season  |

Don't mind the ageist comments, however I do mind some of the comments/songs coming from a small group of our fans, who finally shut up when several people told them too.
All clubs are going to have to police their fans better as the RFL have launched a new Textline service with each club having its own phone number for fans to phone with their experiences at games. These should be displayed clearly at all the grounds. Didn't see it advertised at Batley though.

| Not too bad a match report - the one in League Express is far more biased! Anyway at least they do put a match report on their website. Why don't we?  It would be good able to read a Leigh biased report for a change when the referee has obviously arrived on the visitors coach. And talking of refs. Ganson made some very dubious decisions both ways again yesterday. Also the winger didn't tackle high before he was sent off - he took a deliberate swing with his fist. It was in front of us.  |
