Silverwood missed a couple of things, but there was no way that we would have troubled Huddersfield. It was a horrible game to watch, slow and dull, and full credit to Hudds, I was pessimistic before the game and they showed they are not a team to mess with.

One thing I noticed during the game was the amount of players (and I have to say Hudds players) making the square in the air sign towards Silverwood when it was a 50/50 call.

I think the big screen is a fantastic idea and RL leads the way above alot of sports in using it. But should the rules on its useage be tightened up. i.e. For tries that ref cant see?

Its becomin to easy for refs to use it, how do they manage reffing without it!!

Am i the only one that is amazed at the fuss about Morleys tackle. Penalty at most, there was contact with the head with Morleys upper arm but he didn't 'attack it'. Clumsy at worst.

I agree with this post, the big screen is a great idea and if the technology is there use it - however don't abuse it which is what seems to be happening these days. The general problme we have at the moment is the ammount of dissent and screaming at the referee (all teams are guilty) when a decision doesn't go their way. It's no where near as bad as football but is slowly creeping that way.
