I usually defend the amount of media coverage we get because some people are totally unrealistic.
However this is disgraceful. 80,000 people at Wembley for an arm wrestle between 2 old ladies would deserve a mention.
It reminds me of when I was best man at my mates wedding and he gave his speech but forgot to mention the bride and went to me, 'well I guess that's everyone over to you.' The BBC are just doing the same, 'let me see I've mentioned a pointless cricket match, the Belgian Grand Prix, oh yeh that Rugger nonsense and...nope that's it I think, over to you Mr Inverdale.' |

You can't blame the BBC. They are London based and London focused. The majority of their staff are not RL fans so naturally RL slips way down the priority levels.
It is the job of the RFL to hammer their door down until they promote the sport. Most magazine features on radio and TV (Even Sky Sports News) would cover the CC build up if the RFL provided them with content.

Some times people on here have a go at the bbc about their coverage and get called paranoid,however i was amazed early this morning with the latest sports news....Football,football,showjumping,dodgy snooker match from last year,the new union season,the weather ! maybe i'm paranoid too!!

Pish poor excuse.
