| Maybe you have a point, a drop out may have been the order of the day however with benefit of the doubt going to the attacking team I would have to concur to my earlier post and say a Try should be awarded. I would also suggest what an earlier poster said and a Try would have been given and no questions asked had it not been on Sky...well until All the Tries show!!!

| I'm sorry, but there's no way in this world that Paul Cooke grounded that ball with control. If that had gone to the Video Ref, it would clearly have been chalked off. Whether it was knocked on, stripped, or whatever I aren't sure. But it certainly wasn't grounded correctly.

| But the ball can be grounded with any part of the upper body, doesnt have to be the hand it can be your belly for all the officials care.
If the ball was stripped one on one then Cooke lands on it with his stomach its a try. However as I've watched it again it does apear that Manu when he stripped the ball also grounded it before Cooke managed to ground it, I do not see this being simultanious either and do think a drop out should have been awarded.

| Why the big inquest?, it didn't affect the reult of the game. Chalk Cookie's try off and add the one on where Yeaman got penalised and it's 23-12. Everybody happy now.

I suggest you read the laws mate. There is no mention what so ever in the laws of control, only that the ball should be grounded.

i aint that bothered tbh, we was well beaten, i havn't mentioned anything until now so get down off your high horse! many people were questioning the decision after the game, this is the only reason i posted it!
as for kr, many times they've gone on about beating us by a huge score, like they expected to at easter, so no, not worried!

| IF the Yeamo No Try was disallowed for him being offside at the PTB the penalty should have gone to Hull as every single Wakey player is offside and the square markers are stood about a meter either side of the PTB. The first offence is the defending team being offside.
