Actually, the decision was the same, he was guilty as charged, they just changed the sentence. |

So Bailey managed to elbow Radford 4 times while never looking at him but Rocky Radford was only able to hit a prostrate Bailey once despite having hold of his collar. |

The length of the ban is part of the decision. If they change the ban, then they've changed the decision to ban him that long. They've clearly decided it wasn't as bad as they originally thought. |
