It was a clear penalty. It was quite a relief to get it after his steadfast refusal to not give Saints a penalty whilst on your line in the last ten minutes. There were several opportunities for him to do it, the one where Elima pushed Wilkin back was borderline ridiculous.

Diskin might get into trouble with.his comments, and he was wrong. Deffo penalty. Great game. Fair result.

Dubious penalty. Which ever way it would have been given would have left somebody upset.



There were many worse challenges unpunished in the match.

Dubious??? A deffo clear cut penalty, Lynch moved across and put shoulder in..no need to do it as we had cover there..can shoulder charge if running in same direction and dont purposefully move across to do it, but Lynch did..absolutely stupid and should apologise to rest of players.

I thought it was as blatant a shoulder on the kicker as you could get. It was seconds after the ball had left, absolutely idiotic as he didn't need to do it.

It was a poor kick which we had covered and he could have easily gotten away with it if he just ran without looking at the man. Lynch lined him up and moved in with the shoulder. I still belive that any contact and it would have ended up a penalty. Hope RFL don't charge Diskin for his comments however

Penalty for sure.



It's one thing to run along side a player and challenge for the ball, quite another to step across a player and shoulder barge without chasing for the ball.



The only dubious thing is why?



The fullback was quite capable of covering.



Funny how a penalty in the last second is controversial when the 2 no tries are suddenly not critical at all.

The disallowed tries were not tries.

At first it looked like a harsh decision but the video replay proved otherwise.



A very silly thing to do as Saints would not have got to the ball anyway.

A blatant penalty and stupid play by lynch as it was a nothing kick and would have been cleared up by the defence. Thing diskin and potter may feel different when they see it again

I've seen them and hear Stevo saying oooo they have grounded it with the belly button, before now.



True the 2nd one had a call for obstruction, but the obstructed guy did manage to get his arms around Lomax's neck.
