Ok, it is not that hard really... honest! For the sake of this coming up time and time again, here is the simplest explanation I can do.
The play-offs take place over 4 weeks, the 4th week game being the Grand Final.
Week 1 games
Game A - 1st (Home) v 4th
Game B - 2nd (Home) v 3rd
Game C - 5th (Home) v 8th
Game D - 6th (Home) v 7th
Winners of the games A & B (between 1st v 4th and 2nd v 3rd) go straight through to Week 3 games and they will both have a home draw and CAN NOT be chosen as a club call team. The highest placed team of these two sides gets the club call, so it is only possible for the sides in 1st, 2nd or 3rd to get the club call. So we can't this year finishing in 4th.
Week 2 games - The highest placed side ALWAYS plays the lowest placed side in Week 2
Game E - Loser of Game A (Home) v Winner of Game C or D
Game F - Loser of Game B (Home) v Winner of Game C or D
Week 3 games (Semi's)
Game G - Winner Game A (Home) v Winner of either Game E or F (see club call)
Game H - Winner Game B (Home) v Winner of either Game E or F (see club call)
Week 4 - Grand final between winners of Game G & Game H
