You cant shove a camera into a players face straight after a defeat like that and not expect controversy. Lumpawood during that game was absolutley taking the mick with his handling of it, constant offsides, high shots, slowing down the PTB to a crawl and lets not even start on the "dodgy dosier" affair. Keef rightly or wrongly was asked a question and spoke honestly in no uncertain terms that in his opinion Lumpawood had an absolute 'mare, which he had.

Agree but i still think he is old enough to have the ability to think before he spoke. I totally agree with what he said but unlike football where ferguson is the master of manipulating the refereeing this outburst backfired.



On the point of Silverwood, I cannot stand him. at millenium weekend last year he was swaggering around town in all his RFL kit and was checking himself out in shop windows. he had the look of "I LOVE ME WHO DO YOU LOVE" cant stand him

Thats Lumpawood all over though isnt it? R.e Keith, im with you, but this was straight after the game and Keith hadnt had time to calm down and regather his thoughts. The camera crew knew that they would get some cracking controversial quotes from this and lo, they did. ATEOTD Lumpawood is by far the most unpredicable ref going. (Terry Halibut is just plain bizarre) if he has umbrage with what Keith said then he should have manned up and gone to see him about it instead of acting like a petulant child everytime we have him as ref.



Mind you who's to say Keef hasnt apologised in private and that Lumpawood is just an arrogant git.

I seem to remember reading that Keith had given a personal appology, so i imagine the arrogant git bit is probably accurate!!!!

Although i would like to think the best team on the night will win, My concern is that Wigan play very similar tactics to the ones Melbourne were using that night e.g holding down, basically try to slow the game down, if they are allowed to do this then Wigan will probably win.

A man can only take so much, I don't sare how professional you are. Thats WCC was the ultimate p1ss take and ever since Silverwood has given Leeds F all. All the 50/50 decisions will nicely go Wigans way. I hate to moan about the ref before the ball has been kicked but that's just the way things have been since the WCC with Silverwood.
