Turn your head the other way and there's a big digital thing counting down, unless it's a bomb for Speed 3.

I liked the new screen. Great to be able to see replays of tries etc. As for the clock, the one in Carnegie Stand is visable from South Stand but would make sense to stick one on the big screen as well, plenty of space under the team lists.

My bad neck prevents me from turning my head round. OTOH I quite like the uncertainty of not knowing how long there is to go.

I like them to go really old-school when they display the score, and break it down in to 'G', 'DG' & 'T', like the old, old scoreboard used to.



Will we also see some kind of graphic for sin-binnings, like we used to?

On a separate matter, since Sky no longer has to erect a screen when they show games from Headingley, does the club receive a "rental" payment from Sky?

They still will errect it IMO. They did at Hull even though the scoreboard was being used too.

Sky used the new screen recently for a Carnegie match FWIR, so i presume they should use it. We will find out on Saturday.
