I said that 12 months ago, leadership is about being able to have tough conversations when needed, not giving the gang a cuddle when they need a rocket.
In terms of management style its short term gain, long term pain - I have seen it at that many organisations its untrue, safe to say my usual Options Assessment including culling them. |

I don't think the quality of this squad is as good as 2008, 2007 or 2004 which is why it's especially important the coach recognises that they must not give their opponents any piggie backs. |

People were still decrying the Leeds performance at Castleford and rightly so but at least there was no denying the legitimacy of the final penalty awarded to Leeds by Ian Smith. |

A penalty to Leeds would have denied Ganson the opportunity to be at the centre of another dramatic finish, and that simply cannot be allowed.
