It doesnt matter really. At least with Ganson he's always the same for both teams no matter what time of the month it is.

I'd say given the way the two teams like to play it could have a significant bearing on the way the game pans out. If Ganson decides he wants the ruck area cleared quickly and is prepared to give out some early penalties to ensure it happens that could suit Leeds IMO, as so much of Wigan's defensive structure revolves around getting numbers into the tackle and stretching the patience of the referee.

The fact that Child has taken control in 22 of the 23 SL Regular Rounds played so far this season might suggest that being a 1st grade referee in now his main role with the RFL.
