I thought in the curcumstances the stand in props in particular were very good. even kirky, with JJB put alot of minuted in anf being reasonable effective against what was salfords first 13 pack.



well done boys thought we were on for maybe a loss but credit where it is due fantastic effort.

It was good to see Sinfield, Senior etc getting him involved straight away and helping him to settle in.



He actually took 3 hit ups in the first set of 6 when he came on.

We didn't miss Cross. Which is a problem in itself.

He was excellent on the night - showed what it meant to him to get a run in the first team. Hopefully it will not be the last we see of him this season

Very true! I hate getting on players backs. I was underwhelmed when we signed him. Cross is Fooking useless! I shall give him as much time as he needs to settle and turn it around! In the very short time he has been with us it's a massive thumbs down from me so far.

Singleton should not be dropped. He should be before both Cross and Kirke in the pecking order.

Sorry to disagree but I thought that Singleton looked lightweight & I'd be concerned at him being injured if asked to play at this level until he's bulked up.

he ran it in hard, looked assured and i thought he was a big guy. when he fills out he will be a monster. i see him as a peacockesque metre gaining prop, someone we are in dire need of

He ran in hard & looked enthusiastic which is what you'd like to see but was relatively easily stopped.

He doesn't look nearly as tall as Peacock.

A slimmer Pitts I'd have said.

I'm not knocking the lad just expressing my views.

We just don't seem to finding lads of the build that I'd like to be seeing.
