He's at least partly responsible but I can't help thinking he's been let down by both his CEO (for not providing him with the best squad the salary cap can buy) and the player's (for putting in a series of h[ialf-[/id performances recently, culminating in last night.)



Before the St Helens cup game McClennan's press release was all about winning the penalty count. They didn't then and last night it was the biggest failure in that department all season and it had some pretty stiff competition to overcome.

But basically this thread would not have been started if we won yesterday or against Saints both narrow defeats i dont know why anyone would honestly think sacking the coach is the thing to do.

a coach is one of the hardest jobs to do imo, i for one couldn't be a coach as they take so much stick & critisism.

I agree Tvoc the discipline this year is outrageously bad, chelping at the ref when a call goes against us. Im all for questioning a dubious or mis-enterpreted call by the captain but the amount of whinging at the moment is unreal.

Thats one of the things I miss about the TS era. I bet we've given away more penalties in Bluey's first season and a bit than we ever did in Ts' 4 season at HQ.
