here is one for you, how do leeds perform the game after the mid season internationals/war of the roses games?

Slight problem with that. I have a list of Leeds games but not a list of rep games. Catch my drift.



That's the problem when you are a one-eyed, one club supporting, unofficial, amateur stats man.

Well we won the game after the last mid-season international, even I can remember that.

And lost the one after the Roses clash in 2002.



Pretty comprehensive statting this using own memory lark.

There's only 2 more recent Roses clashes to go on, 2001 & 2003.



Incidentally there were 2 games in 2002; from memory a Friday night at Wigan in abysmal weather and the midweek return at Headingley.

Reduce the League to 26 matches. If they want the Magic Weekend have it as a home game for one team. Alternatively get rid of it as they play France in the 4 nations. In this format it doesn't benefirt Catalans and it doesn't benefit the teams who have have to either play reserves or ask players to backup either this weekend or at a future date.

If we carry on like this there is a danger that CMR may get his answer, so I'm quitting now while I'm still behind.

After a quick google, the game after 2003 was on Sunday 6th July at home v Warrington. We won that one 30-20

I never claimed to be anything else, I'm a quitter as well.

And in 2001 the Roses game was on Tuesday, 5 June. We followed up after that with an 18 36 home defeat by Wigan.

No lose situation.
