I for one, have said on this thread that I believe Keighley deserved a bonus point and would not have been too fussed if Patterson had missed the last kick.



However whilst were on the subject of pointing fingers. To the elderley woman stood to the left hand side of the seats who was shouting at the Halifax players (as they came over to clap the fans) "A***HOLES" can I just say "get a life"

I think most Keighley fans will accept that on paper you have a much better side than us and on any given day you [ishould[/i win.



However games are not played on paper and if you make mistakes that the other side takes advantage of then thats how the game goes.



We gave you a game: we gave you a scare.



The ref made poor decisions for both side which led to either tries being scored or disallowed.



If you finish top of the league I'll be happy for you, cos i quite like Fax. But if you finish fourth and say that other sides only finished above you because of your mistakes (or the ref) then a few people may make wry smiles





You certainly brought good support and I actually think your fans behind the post raised your players for that extra effort at the end and made the difference. Incidently your last try was off a forward pass

If any fan starts getting abusive, it's up to those round about to tell them to shut up. Nothing creates bad feeling between supporters more quickly than someone dissing someone else's team. Also, we can do without swearing and stuff - it's supposed to be a family game; who wants their kids subjected to loads of idiots swearing?

You lot should have been at the Widnes-Batley game and heard the stuff being shouted at the Widnes players as they walked off and the stuff shouted at Paul Cullen (who I may add was extremely controlled and dignified in his response).. All that abuse and there were kids trying to get autographs by the tunnel!!

Yep, although I had to take my Red, White and Green tinted specs off first.







It's a great shot actually, in defence of the officials that one would have been quite hard to call at full speed in real time. Would have gone upstairs if it had been on Sky.

Talking of abuse my wife was telling me the story of a man in Keighley colours who told one of our players to "Love off back to the mosque". He was savaged by his family who were with him and bluntly told that he was out of order.
