We've decided to tie this in with the family holiday, so myself and my good lady and our 10 year old twins are flying out on the Saturday taking in the game and then travelling down to Canet Plage on the coast for 2 weeks.

Really looking forward to it. I expect that the majority of the people on the outward flight will be Fax fans and familiar faces so that should be good fun.

It will be great we should all arrange somewhere to go for a drink before the game for when get there.

we have just booked too... 4 of us.. flying to carcassonne on friday and staying in toulouse until monday.. Looking forward to it!!

Jet2 fly Leeds/Bradford to Toulouse

how long is the train journey from carcason to Toulouse, and what is the cost ?



if any one knows, the flights out of east midlands are a good price

We got our flights for £105. On jet2 it was over £200.. Train from Carcassonne to Toulouse is under an hour and about 15 euros... (Got my info from original faxfan who has done this before!!)



Also we are stying at the Ibis hotel which was quite cheap for a central hotel!

The Summer timetable is not up as yet but April it is a 1 hour trip with trains roughly every 45 minutes costing around 10-13 Euros.
