Purchased a new laptop yesterday, the other one has kinda all but given up. Wondering whilst I have the chance what media players do you all use to organise your music / movies & photos. Only ever really used iTunes.
Currently using Winamp for music, which is good if a little greedy on memory on a machine lacking in memory, don't watch much video that isn't part of a TV channel on the PC but if I do then there's RealPlayer and a couple of other video players on here that I randomly pick.
I've always used winamp for music. Decent media library and very easy to manage. Absolutely hate Itunes and only use it for the sake of transferring music to my Iphone. (probably the reason my new phone won't be from apple)
And I use VLC for all my videos. It's a brilliant player and works with everything I've ever thrown at it.
