Big game this one. 
If we win it could put us in 6th.....possibly 5th.
If we lose probably 9th.


It's a good time to play them I think. We have players back and momentum after Magic.


They've done well while missing players but they've got to be feeling it after the semi Final.


All to play for.

Thewlis failed his HIA, and Ashton and Fitzgibbon both went off injured, so hopefully that will go in our favour 

Liam Rush is the referee,  he's pedantic let's hope he let's the game flow, we've not come to see him.

That's up to us to keep our discipline.

Usually exciting games vs Wire, hopefully the same again on Sunday

It is a big game, but think Wires winning Cup Semi shows the depth of there squad .Could be a very hard game 

Both teams had a similar start to the season. We are ahead of them in the league and this is an opportunity to break into top 6 maybe with a chance of top 4 maybe week after vs Salford. 


Expecting a big performance from us at home with 2 weeks prep and potentially Ashton, Thewlis, Fitzgibbon out along with Williams and maybe Walker there’s no reason we can’t get 2 points at home. Can’t underestimate Warrington though as they were good that first half in semi in particular.


Looking forward to a home game, seems like ages since we’ve been home.

Havent seen anything on the Fitzgibon injury but, he looked to be in a whole load of pain when he went off in their semi.

Looks like Ashton has done his ACL so he wont be available, would be very surprised to see Fitzgibbon play and as mentioned Thewlis out with HIA.  We definitely won't see Walker or Williams before Wembley.

Good pack but plenty for us to target there. I know Warrington fans like them, but our wingers should give Jake Thewlis and Aaron Lindop nightmares. However, obviously this is Dufty weather - and if we let him run after offloads we'll be in trouble. 


I do think a lot will depend on whether Wire can lift themselves again emotionally after last weekend. And all that makes it a complete 50/50 - much like every time we play Warrington, Hull, Leigh, Leeds or Catalans at the moment. That's what's so good about SL this year.

Hope Special Agent Crowther is playing, and I'm sure his Dad will be too 

Big game for us and to see where we are. 


It's a game we have to be targeting to win if we have any ambition this year to break into the top6/8. Especially with Wires game in the CC and our week off.
